HALL RENTAL

Prices

$1000.00 – 4 Hour use of hall up to 200 people. $100.00 charge per hour for extra hours if needed.

$300.00 – Security deposit is required and will be returned if nothing is damaged. The security deposit will save the date you want.

Rules

1.) Signed contract & $300.00 deposit required.
The rest due two weeks prior to the event.

2.) Renter is responsible to set up hall. You have 4 hour setup time, If more time for setup is needed, you will be charged $50.00 per hour.

3.) Have the use of the kitchen which includes Walk-in Box, Grill, Stove, Ovens and Ice Machine.
Excluded are Silverware and China.

4.) A firefighter will be on duty during hall rental.

5.) You must purchase insurance thru our insurance company to rent the hall. 

6.) Capacity is 200 people.

7.) Event must end no later than 11:00 pm.
